Professional Model Shoot

 This evening I was invited to shadow a professional model photographer as he photographed  model Clarissa Cockerel.  We shot in downtown Louisville in a little black dress and a Couture outfit and at the Louisville Skate Park.  The "Couture" shoot was really cool with a costume that was outside the box.  These photos were shot with my Olympus EM5 Mark iii and various Olympus MFT lenses.  I am certain they are not on the same level as those taken by the photographer Fred Ramoni.

NHRA Show at Louisville, KY

 I went to the National Hot Rod Association show at the Kentucky Fairgrounds on Saturday with Aaron, Lukas and Saige.  There were thousands of cars, trucks and vans but we were only able to see less than 1/3 of them.  The weather was hot and humid and the kids were not very cooperative and really seemed to care less about the cars anyways, they were more interested in riding the escalator up and down. Of course my favorites were the '69 Firebirds of which I saw a beautiful silver/black and one that was deep red...very impressive.  I think though my favorite of the show that I saw was the '66 Pontiac GTO.  Here are a few pics from the show.  Oh yeah I do have to comment on the prices of the concessions...they should be ashamed to charge $4.00 for one bottle of water and $7.00 for a single slice of cheese pizza...grrr.
